We were delighted... read more that he came back and re-did the patio at the back (before and after photos below), and that he removed the little stones and replaced them with stepping stones to the front of the house, and that he re-pointed another section of patio. The quality of his work is first class. His eye, and that of his workers, for the materials to be used, the levels, height and layout of the stone work, what will look good and what won’t, is spot on. Miles truly is an expert in this area. He and his workers work exceptionally hard. They clear up as they go and remove their waste. The cost is reasonable and reflects the many hours spent. Miles is at pains to ensure that the customer is happy and the communication is good. I would certainly use Miles again for any other stone and/or garden work that we may need to do in the future.

If you’re looking for top notch experts in their field, friendly, professional, great work ethics, reliable, reasonable prices, hardworking, taking pride in the work they do, Miles and his team are the ones you want for the job! They did a beautiful job installing the fence and removing the grass from the area in front of the fence, placing slate pieces down. They also pressure cleaned our drive, which was badly overgrown with weeds and looked wonderful and like a nice drive again. 😊👍🏼 They were even working in the rain. Completed the work on schedule and they made sure everything was cleaned up entirely, not half done. My husband and I were extremely happy with all the work done, exceptional job! We had Quality paving quote us for a new porcelain paved patio (including part demolishing and then rebuilding garden walls), and whilst we were in the process of booking it... read more in we saw 4 x driveway's that Miles and the team completed in our road (he was getting referral from one to another), and we were so impressed , we also had them quote and then lay a whole new driveway in black/ grey sets. Dealing with Miles from day 1 was so easy, and he provided clear and fair quotes, he was really flexible throughout the entire job making suggestions and asking questions to ensure we got the results we wanted. We asked for a few additional elements which he accommodated at virtually no extra costs with flexibility and good humour. We would like to thank the team of Sergey, Max and Pavel who were onsite all of the time and (unlike some other experiences we have had with other contractors), saw the job from beginning to end without disappearing to work on other jobs. This seems to be one of Quality's selling points, and Miles was on hand daily ensuring the job runs smoothly. 2 weeks from starting both jobs, to leaving our property in excellent clean order (which they did everyday incidentally). We are so pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miles and Quality paving for any work of this type.
